A little bit about me...

Born and based in Brooklyn, Christine’s work is shaped by her values of community and connection. Growing up in a large family, she developed a keen sense of listening and observing, skills that have profoundly influenced her approach to seeing and making art. After earning her BFA in Photography from School of Visual Arts, Christine trained directly under wedding photographer Corbin Gurkin. Those four years allowed her to refine her skills while photographing a diverse range of moments and individuals (caterers, musicians, actors, presidents, floral arrangements). Christine’s work balances the intimacy of documentary photography with the formality of portraiture, creating images that are honest and timeless.

"Working with Christine was everything I could have wanted. She was professional, artistic, responsible, and great with communication. Her pictures captured our quirky wedding perfectly, and most importantly, captured the energy and emotion of all of our loved ones. I would recommend working with Christine to anyone. She is a true gem."
